The only flaw in the MM code would be with the more expensive stocks. With penny stocks though... would make total sense and would explain a lot of trades as well. I'm curious how that code became so widespread around the internet.

Regardless... the shorter is using multiple MMs to route their trades in order to give the appearance of many sellers... and for a stock like this... highly unlikely.
