Of course, they will be debt free if the 1.5m production bonus from the Hanson property comes through. This could easily happen. Alamo is a very efficient private company. It's just as beneficial to them to get production up.

ahhh, so there is the discrepancy I believe. The 725K is the amount that was paid for two notes not the surplus. Therefore I subtracted the 725K from the amount left after paying off the bank. The surplus in my calculations does in fact appear to be correct.
