Cheech-it has to be a two way street. If we call for the examiner now, BR&co may say F you, because they will have to spend efforts to get around it. At least now Sus/Nels can negotiate a settlement with examiner (gun) in holster. They know whats coming if we do not have what we want in July. Everyone knows this, Judge included.
We will play nice one final time.
Remember -We have THE golden gun, they have a cap.
We dont need the examiner as much as we need the threat of the examiner. Remember the examiner adds another 5 months of court hearings. If Rosen does not provide the doc's the judge she will appoint the examiner. So either this gets settled before examiner or we get examiner and go another 5 months. In that case Rosen wouldnt settle until right before the examiners findings get entered to the court. So I think today was VERY promising we will just have to wait and see how it plays out.
