It's the legal process. This is why our legal system is so costly and inefficient. Because in the end I'm confident the EC will get what it wants one way or another.

It's time consuming but the EC is making good progress.

U R right about the judges not wanting to make a ruleing,they act like they may peace someone off if they were to rule in our favor ,what BS !

Not true. The judges are making rulings, just not the ones we commons would like when we want them. However, the progress continues and since the EC is still viable it bodes very well. Otherwise the estate would be able to prove there is nothing for us, and they can't do that! Therefore there is... and we continue toward that.
