Oled is winning lots of production slots in milatary hi rel applications. That is sometimes a precursor to winning slots at the consumer level, but not always.
There is at least one good low priced issue in this space. EMGN.
This is very nice technology true colors that look great.
I have not followed OLED for some three years now, are they used for back lighting or actually pixelized display in small screen displays? The major problem, at the time, was heat dissipation with high density arrays, is that still a problem?
