I found it in about 2 minutes of Googling. Do your own DD. In the time that you posted that you wanted someone to tell you to 3 different people you could have easily found it.

Eric36, you are getting offended for no reason. We aren't withholding the earnings date from you. We don't know when it is. 99.9% of the members of this board feel that earnings is not a factor in this FLD play. If it was, I guarantee you that someone on this board would have already responded with the date. I suggest you continue with your due diligence on CDIV by contacting the company at [e-mail]. I also suggest you do some more reading about the Monk team and float lock downs.
