We don't know when it is. 99.9% of the members of this board feel that earnings is not a factor in this FLD play. If it was, I guarantee you that someone on this board would have already responded with the date. I suggest you continue with your due diligence on CDIV by contacting the company at [e-mail]. I also suggest you do some more reading about the Monk team and float lock downs.
