That was filed 1/10, and in the next few days, the stock lost another 20%. It does not detail the dates of acquisition, only a report of ownership, typically, Yahoo insider/large holders reports dates of transactions, and so far I cannot find these. Could it be that is a small addition to a prior larger position?
