If Wellington didn't report the transaction details to the SEC, how would Yahoo get it? My guess is that the transactions leading up to the purchaser becoming a beneficial owner do have to be reported to anyone, only the fact of the change in status. Once the purchaser becomes a beneficial owner, then, everything has to be reported.

Zeev....I am curious, and as I mentioned to Joe..I think I will call them and see when they bought and if they sold any since. Hope they'll take my call.....if they do I'll post what they say.
