They are closing in at 2 million shares now... for a company with only 45 million shares outstanding total and almost all of those being restricted... yeah... foolish! But anyone that is willing to take the risk and be so aggressive with destroying a stock price that they run it down 94% in a couple of days... they deserve to get murdered on it.

They are playing a game with ECDC that could cost them a lot. Not a smart move IMO. Will take them too long to buy back all the shares, especially if they use what they bought back already to try to push it down more.
