That's the thing, the realistic expectation here is that it gets worked on ASAP. To me that means a drill hitting the ground in the first year from whenever this agreement went into place. To me that means we hpotentially have a JV within a year as well. I won't be disappointed if it doesn't happen by that time, in fact I think it oculd happen much sooner to be honest.
