Public disclosure: Accurate share structure can be acquired via the transfer agent of record. The transfer agent for IDCN is gagged and Stockcharter has publicly admitted he does not have access to the transfer agent. So, the information being passed is what the company is presenting as their share structure.

SC tell the boys at the home office to do a 3 week buy back of lets say 4 billion shares just tbefore the offical PR comes out..lol..that will take care of us..eom
