I want to know the NAME of the COURT which UNFROZE those "CANADIAN SHARES", the GROUNDS upon which they were unfrozen and the DATE it all happened.

This is the most telling IDCN IR post I have seen:

Note the critical line there:

The use of the "I" not "Jeff will" but rather "I will". In other words, Ken is the person that, I assume as part of his duties as the Investment Relations Officer, updates the site. Well, the site clearly states that he is an officer. The site also has the share structure info. The site also has the move of the articles of incorporation.

Bottom line, this one post completely busts the statements made that he was surprised to hear about the change - since he is clearly stating that HE IS THE ONE THAT UPDATES THIS INFO. In other words, he had full knowledge of the changes made. Period. No other way to interpret that without coming out and saying "I was lying when I said I could update the site."
