HDTV - Wellington filed a 13G on Monday to the effect that they hold 11% of the stock. Now that they are a beneficial owner, they will have to file Form 4's for any additional transactions.

I thought that I'd find the dates and prices of the purchases, but apparently they are not required ion a 13G.
