Yes, as for the GF 32nm SOI HKMG process... well, AMD has said nothing about Bulldozer status, and has said Llano samples have been given to select customers, but AMD was unwilling to publicly demo Llano at Computex.

(Instead they claimed they demoed Ontario (40nm TSMC bulk CPU+GPU), but they hid that machine behind a curtain...)

TSMC lands CPU orders from AMD and VIA, says paper

Commercial Times, June 15; Joseph Tsai, DIGITIMES [Tuesday 15 June 2010]

AMD's Ontario processors, which will be launched in the second half of 2011, and VIA's new dual-core Nano processors are both expected to adopt Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company's (TSMC's) 40nm process with orders to be placed in the first quarter of 2011, according to a Chinese-language Commercial Times report citing sources from equipment suppliers.

With TSMC spending significantly to expand its 40nm capacity, the sources believe that part of the reason is to prepare for the upcoming CPU orders, added the paper.
