GlobalFoundries has stated its intention to skip the 32-nm node and move directly to 28-nm.

I asssume this means the bulk process. So 28nm bulk high-k and metal gates in 2011 for their graphic chips. Wonder if they can get Nividia business also. Those two huge chips would nearly fill an entire fab. Looks like Samsung may be more of a competitor to GF than TSMC.
