No but a Darwin Award for him, while not necessarily desirable, might be appropriate.

I think his brother is making a lame attempt to get me in IHUB jail or restricted posts on KATX by baiting me with semi off topic questions.

Sadly...that never works, except that one time on SLJB when Matt banned me for a few hours, 62 or something like that off topic posts, mostly about fishing....in one night.
