we however need to stop comparing this stock to other pink sheet stocks. Things that make those stock move will not be the samething that makes this one move imho

Target Development Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: TDGI) (Other: www.HannoverHouse.com), the parent company of entertainment distributor Hannover House, has completed a preliminary analysis of a corporate opportunity that would move certain assets and divisions of Hannover House to a separate, fully-reporting Bulletin Board entity in consideration of a premium stock issuance for existing shareholders.

Subject to a final determination of the stock conversion and redemption rate, to be specified following the completion of the audit now underway




looks to me like no goodies till audit.
