I think you both may be right.....?? The audit must be completed, imho, but it may not be P/R'ed to us directly.

Yes, since the beginning of this year TDGI has picked up many assets, but those wont be on the 09 audited financials you're wanting so bad. A current audit will be needed so TDGI gets the value of what they are putting into the new OTCBB entity, that seems pretty obvious to me, not sure what your point is. You and others are focused on getting those 09 audited financials as if something magical will be revealed and the stock price will rocket, like Eric forgot and left out another $20MM in sales or something.IMO
