I've been in the pennies for many years and have yet to see audited financials cause an uproar of buying when those numbers were already out in the first place. Usually the thinking is an uplist to a higher exchange will cause buying because many will not buy a pinksheet. The financials everyone will want to see will come after Twelve and HappyThankyou are released to the theatres.IMO
