Rain, I couldn't have stated it better. He should have never PR'd the possible spin off until he had something concrete. And if the deal never happens, he loses credibility on future PRs

Nope, all part of the plan. Remember he said he would not just put out PR's to support the PPS. I believe him. Also, remember he was CEO of a Nasdaq company, so I would think he knows the ins and outs of the market's reaction system. So,since he is obviously working with market makers/major securities companies in some capacity to expidite these plans, let's give him credit for having enough foresight to know what will and will not move the PPS. He will move it right on time. If we could do it, we would have already done so, for sure.

That same site that had the gun trailer had the movie doghouse being release by hannover house last year but that was a typo it release by another company called hanover films based out of the UK.

Guys, I love the discussion today. Instead of digging ourselves into the 'what if' bad scenarios, we are stepping back and letting EP do his thing and TDGI PPS will ultimately take care of itself. I am sure EP is learning through this process as well of what to PR, when to PR and what not to PR with a pinksheet stock if you are a typical pinksheet BS company. We are not and hence for him to change his style and approach before we get uplisted won't happen - that's the part that makes this so beautiful - we are so much bigger than where we are today ... only choice is wait for the time when we are in our rightful place and the PPS reflects that IMO.
