Nope, all part of the plan. Remember he said he would not just put out PR's to support the PPS. I believe him. Also, remember he was CEO of a Nasdaq company, so I would think he knows the ins and outs of the market's reaction system. So,since he is obviously working with market makers/major securities companies in some capacity to expidite these plans, let's give him credit for having enough foresight to know what will and will not move the PPS. He will move it right on time. If we could do it, we would have already done so, for sure.
