There were no false statements made. He reposted the annual report as he said he would and you can see it at pinksheets.com. As for the the rest of the reports as I also reported (if you would read instead of posting inaccurate previous outdated posts of mine that have been uupdated) he told me and I posted his lawyer told him paying for the monthly attroneys staement was a waste of money and his lawyer said to him instead of paying me thisd fee every month why dont you do something else. That is whay I posted that he said he was looking for an accountant and was going to get audited financials to post when he has found an accounjtant and has had them audited. Remember pinksheets is a for profit company and has no offical govenment standing but makes its living off of it ssite and its standing tier and all companiesw that post their pay and annual fee to them ande that is how they work so if you pay great. So if you are gonna quote my posts make sure you read all of them and you are accurate and dont just post what fits your needs at the time. This company ande it s CEO has been very upfront and accomodating to shareholders who call an show mutual respect in a conversation.
