I don't know why you're trying to confuse the issue with a long page explanation.

Anyhoot, you asked this CEO about why the rating degraded on the pinksheet website. He told you that he had to pull a statement off for a correction he needed to make and that as soon as the filing returned online, the rating was going to get reinstated. Filing was restored but the rating upgrade back to what it was never happened.

Questions and answers can be very simple unless you're trying to blow smoke around the issue
