The Daic parties are being represented by Williamson and they did not withdraw as counsel. Why would they when all they have to do is wait until the court date and get another judgment against Calypso, when Calypso doesn't show up in court. This time it might be the last judgment the Daic parties need and they would successfully pull off the patent grab. Is Storm going to withdraw from the Tmob case next? If Calypso can't win the state court case, Storm can't get anything can he? I wouldn't see a need to continue as legal counsel with the Tmob case unless I could be assured of a win in the state court case or Calypso settles with Tmob before the state court case comes to trial. If Calypso does get a Tmob settlement then loses the state court case, what does Calypso have then ?
