In state court on 8 Jun, Calypso's attorneys were allowed to withdraw from the case and Calypso was not granted a stay in the case. This is really pathetic. How much money has Calypso paid out and not gotten a judgment against the Daic parties or finished a court case. Every attorney that ever represented Calypso has never finished a state court case. Is there a conspiracy here? In my opinion, as long as the Daic parties are involved, this company is not going anywhere, six years and nothing so far. The whole problem with Calypso's legal representation from the beginning has been they never had sufficient legal representation. The cases have always been cut short in court. I imagine the next move by Calypso will be to withdraw the state court case and give the Daic parties another several million shares and money Calypso doesn't have. So right now it appears that we need Tmobile to settle so we can get money to fight the Daic parties in state court, unless we can scrounge up another attorney that won't finish the case. Not a big fan right now.
