Weil can only bury so much wih paperwork. When the EC asks for current assets. there's really no hiding that, no matter where you bury it. The ec already said if they are not pleased with the outcome of the pow wow (meet and confer) they will proceed with the examiner as they are tired of delays and so is THJMW IMO
william48, the meeting tomorrow is going to be a joke imo, rosen just had to say something at last hearing to keep jmw from ruling on examiner, so he said we can all meet next thursday to see what doc's the ec wants to see, he didn't say to give all our doc's, but talk about it. just another delay worth 15 million dollars for a two week delay.lol gl
Who was at the meeting on Monday?? It must have been JPM, FDIC, and Creditors thug lawyers deciding how to fend off Susman on Thursday.
It's down to some fairly simple plays ... 1) they provide ALL documentation including work product to Susman, or 2) they bite the bullet and deal with an Examiner or 3) they cough up money <<and lots of it>> to cover their backsides before Susman has the evidence to take them all down.
Even us amateur sleuths have figured out their game ... I'm sure the hard core ones that Susman has poking around has gathered a lot of what they need ... they just need to obtain it so it can be presented to the Court.
