IMO this meeting is to seriosly talk about including the ec in upcoming POR's. I think however he will find the only way to convince the ec not to appoint an examiner is; 1) show hat there are no assets....LOL
2) make an offer to settle or inlcudequity somehow

thats it! susmann will take nothing less! you're right this was desperate delay not to THJMW rule on the examiner, so he's either looking for a loophole or he went to JPM/FDIC and said: its time we make an offer.
