If we get one shares in BVIG for four shares in KATX and there are 161 million shares in BVIG and more than 600 million in KATX I don't see how KATX can retain 81 million of those 161 million shares. Please explain! Until now I have looked up to you as a rational being. No longer! We get no shares in BVIG for free since the value of our shares in KATX is reduced by more than the valuew of our shares in BVIG because the latter are restricted and not free-trading.
