Wow you really got alot to learn don't you? The best thing for us, the share holders is to DIRECTLY get shares in our subsidiary. KATX has 161 million shares of BVIG, KATX WILL BE KEEPING 81 MILLION of those shares. The other 80 million are going to us, the shareholders, so we can get extra gains for free.

KATX keeping all of the shares would in no way help the shareholders and in no way be better than how they are doing it.
