The OCC situation can be quickly resolved, but this depends on the direction that the United States Trustee wants to take in regards to its composition. The current counsel has already been contacted by at least two parties. The only thing in the way would be new counsel.

Several things came to light over the past several days. Not only have my letters to shareholders resulted in responses to the United States Trustee but the folks at Danning Gill took the time to return one my "little yellow letters" along with a Hearing Notice. I also wondering about the age of the shareholder list. Several letters were returned due to expired forwarding notices. The shareholder list attached to the hearing notice has been updated, but the holder in front of me remained. My position has increased nearly four-fold.

EI has been very diligent keeping the board up on important dates...listening via telephone conference call he will be providing real time court coverage back to the board this Friday...why are you so interested now? It's a fair question no "attack" meant.

OK I'll bite...it's been buggin' me since you said it and I have to ask- How on earth would you know this?...unless you sit in the courtroom?? How?? It's not possible!
