Agreed. I like your comment that if FLDs were easy, eveyone would be doing them. I think the key is who is leading the effort and who are on the core team. Monk is doing something very rare, because he can be trusted, and trust is not common in this business. But with good leadership, a good team, the basic strategy is simple. Buy, hold, wait for the squeeze. I picked up another 100K today, because some people may not understand that simple strategy. My gain.
