It appears it is! We haven't seen anything to the contrary! Danny has been working hard to make certain that everything is ready to go. Sounds like he is constantly doing something.

More than likely what happened was, Danny was able to the commercial property inked today. Meaning, they were able to take over the LA commercial property today for development (setting up the retail environment). Being in the business before, if they DID do a soft opening on the store today, that would be quite impressive.

I guess until we hear otherwise from Danny, we must just run off of the information provided thus far.
