But by the same token, any number of large chains that see the huge costs to startup and expansion of their franchise may invest some money into their R&D and get on board now...IMO of course
I guess what I am saying is things will happen in their required time and Jim Morris seems to me to be a rather "sure footed" individual seeking to build the business on very secure footings "one brick at a time".
I have only seen a 12 month timeline in stated plans.
Morris's 3/31/10 plan per financial statement on PinkSheets:
Item XVI Paragraph A Plan of Operation Paragraph 1i Lecere raises money on a monthly basis to satisfy its cash requirement. This will continue for the near term. It is unknown whether Lecere can raise enough money to enable the company to operate without raising any more cash in the next twelve months.
Paragraph 1ii Lecere will perform product R & D for the next twelve months. This includes development of a reservation module, a management dashboard module, an inventory control module, an accounting module, a labor scheduling module, and a reports module.
Paragraph 1iii Lecere has no plans to sell plants or equipment
Paragraph 1iv Lecere expects to hire 5-10 employees in the next twelve months.
Paragraph B Not required because Lecere has never had revenues
Paragraph C Off-balance sheet arrangements Lecere has no off-balance sheet arrangements nor are plans underway to engage in any off-balance sheet arrangements
I do not like to get into drama, but your wrong. A chain will pick this up in a heart beat. Trust me in a heart beat; I am in the biz.
To be honest this kind of thing could very well be bought out by a major player in the future. Just keep your eyes on the pie in the sky baby, this is HUGE
