I agree. I see a chain with the funds and the ability to save money on a mass scale to more likely be a customer then a mom & pop type restaurant. The larger chains have a corp mind set and are always looking to cut costs. JMHO.
'A chain will pick this up in a heart beat'; not arguing this point. Lecere has to be FULLY READY AND EQUIPPED to take them on; i.e. to fully handle their business and technological needs. I am not arguing buyouts here nor the scope of, nor even the genius of the business plan. I am simply stating that there is a great requirement here for much needed time and learning and business buildout and technical/infrastructure buildout/partnering before Lecere CAN EVEN THINK ABOUT chain retaurants as clients imo...lol
