One indication of Burns buy
is that there will probably not be any substantial news from ENMD for a period of time. I'm not sure if it is an SEC rule or just legal tradition, but buying (or for that matter selling) by a corporate officer, shortly before any significant, planned news is a no - no. 90 days? I can't seem to remember the length of time.....my memory isn't what it used to be.
