I take it to mean she's reacting in light of "known pinkie PR problems," and especially in light of the recent "beware of BP-related microcap-scam attempts." I mean, it *is* in the news...

And saying you're not sure you can pull the order together won't get you off that hook... (the company, I mean).

But, then, it *would be* especially brazen to attempt a con at this particular juncture.

Of course, thousands of traders have been duped, thinking that, too.
