block broken into 3 trades .. something i actually
suspected based on your post friday where you posted
that you planned to add another 1M EXPH shares and
then *duly noted* in my EXPH logs

i did receive back a call from the SEC ..
my 2nd interaction with them re: EXPH last week

the first was a request for the *original* post
referencing the FORM D info .. the 2nd was an
explanation that the *first* post had been sent on to enforcement
that i should expect an additional phone call from enforcement
(since this 2nd call was on friday afternoon the thought was
that call would come sometime next week) and that anything
else i had to add (support) to that first bit of info would
be welcome .. the first phone call lasted approx 10 minutes
the 2nd one approx 30 minutes

i explained i actually keep a log of every trade on exph
so i was asked to forward the trades pertaining to that
post .. something i'd already posted and *shown* in this venue

i also explained my *frustration* re: Knight's MONOPOLY
and their *tendency* imo to BLOCK ON EXPH's ASK OR BID
the history i have filing complaints against NITE .. and
the events of september when i observed PALC enabling
and that complaint also filed re: expo/exph

i have no idea what (if anything) will come of this
but this is a FIRST for me .. in that someone from the
SEC actually took it upon themselves to send this info
to enforcement .. usually the process (as i've posted
previously) is i file an electronic complaint and that
generates a letter (albeit electronic via email 2 a few
weeks later with the file no.) because of the way aspects
work within the SEC .. even tho' i'm the one who files
the complaint .. i have zero access to any *follow up*
and no knowledge of any actions taken ..

i realize there are some who will never believe that a
penny stock like exph is *subjected* to daily manipulation
by those who can

i used to be one of them

thanks to ihub .. and 3.5 years of *observations*
i no longer do .. time will tell if my *initial*
response to that post proves correct .. but i've
kept a log on everything pertaining to EXPO/EXPH
for close to 9 months now .. for the very basic reason
that i believe in mgmt's integrity .. i can't say the same
for the actions of others including the PRIMARY MM ON EXPH
but as i posted to this venue

imo some of what has been posted is beyond *egregious*
and i have zero doubts was posted to have a direct impact
on exph's pps ~ which i'm continually *assured* that the
SEC and i quote takes very seriously regardless of where
traded

fortunately due to the most recent events that call
is now in the hands of the SEC

thanks for your post .. with your permission .. i will include
that in my next round of info being sent out .. since it
clearly illustrates something i've *known* and *shown* for
too many months now ..

I stopped it to buy some shares..When I called my broker BofA/Merrill Lynch to place the trade..he said the current bid and ask was .0005 by .0007..I told him my quote showed .0005 by .0006.. He said that was the current quote they were getting from Knight..In any case I put a limit order for a million shares buy at .0006 and he placed it around 1:35 PM..After 10 minutes of not seeing anything..I called him back and he checked and said he didn't see that it was being shown by Knight..He replaced the order and he stayed with me on the line to see the order executed..It didn't excute and it wasn't even showing up as being offered..So he tried it again and the same happened..He then put me on hold and called Knight..He got back to me in about 10 minutes and said they would now place the trade..but it didn't execute until around 2:00PM..Oh by the way..I told him partials were OK since I don't pay a commission..Here were my buys from your post..Nice numbers..LOL..
