So now you are working WITH the SEC enforcement division????

EXPO puts out bogus numbers and increases the share structure for 2 years while YOU post about non existant shorting and FTDs and now you are working with the SEC?

"WOW" doesn't even begin to cover my amazment...SEC relying on a message board poster to gather info they pay officers to spend hours going over for legal reasons....again..."WOW" doesn't begin to cover it...

nobody will need any attorneys to squash that case...ROFLMAO....and this is on topic as you admit being part of a potential criminal investigation involving EXPO...."WOW"

4kds again thanks for your numbers daily..
My broker also did not like the fact that knight was not letting trades go through at .0006 and that they were not showing an ask to the public at .0007 when I put in my order..They were trying to block any buys and got caught..It was plain and simple..Thanks again

imo some of what has been posted is beyond *egregious*
and i have zero doubts was posted to have a direct impact
on exph's pps ~ which i'm continually *assured* that the
SEC and i quote takes very seriously regardless of where
traded
