No one doubts that NYSDEC doesn't know about them or isn't working with, that's already known. What isn't known is when the stack test will be and if that passes, how long before the air permit gets issued? It could be weeks or months, depending on the results. That's not in dispute...

So why is "days away" different this time? Do you know when the stack test will be, or did it happen this past week?

And if it did happen last week, the data still has to pass muster. And if it does, then the air permit could be in as little as 1-3 weeks. So until there is news, I think the "days away" posts are suspect at best...
