Sure it's in dispute. "Weeks or months" after the stack test is done and successful -- there would be zero reason with zero emissions. Obviously I've never been there breathing the emissions, but if there are truly zero emissions there would be zero reason not to approve it virtually instaneously.

Key words here for starters -- "depending on the results"

Then again, at this point that is Saturday boredom nitpicking, and we both know it. Whether it takes 1 hour or 1 day or 1 week or 1 month or 6 months doesn't matter. The $100 per share question is -- does it work and will they be allowed to do it some day? Just like a biotech working on a cure of cancer, pinpointing the actual date of first production isn't as important as whether they can cure cancer or not. If JBII passes the stack test with flying colors like they are implying they can, then this "cure for cancer" is going to make its shareholders filthy rich.
