Permit = days imo (aka this month) and sales = hours away after permit. :)

I know, I know, "but they haven't even applied yet!" As if that means the DEC never heard of them, isn't working with them, and the application isn't a final step and a formality.

Permit = days away.
Sales = maybe 1 day after permit.
