In the business world, employees are no longer seen as even fixed costs, right? Don't get me started, imo most employees show far more loyalty than is shown in return. The coming purging of the baby boomers from the employment ranks because of insurance premiums is going to be the greatest example of discrimination since the internment camps. D. Lowe will either do fantastically well or totally horrible. He has the best ground ball to fly ball ratio by a full point. LA should be a good park for him. The thing is, he is a head case and the dodgers arew illing to gamble 40 million. Given his past performance, I thought he was headed for an incentive laden contract. Guess the market correction in baseball salaries is over.
