1. Hodges is not suing on our behalf.
Re read his write ups u will find the answer.
2. Hodges is not suing the SEC.
He is suing the present and past commissioners who ALL worked for th SEC and the attorneys responding ALL are SEC employees
3. The SEC did not file a Motion to Dismiss.
