First, Ken doesn't care much about the day to day fluctuations but the trend. Pullbacks are healthy. And sure he knows all will be well.

Second, if there was something wrong we would see a sell off and huge blocks flashing by, because those close to the source are the ones with bigger holdings.

He also watched the value of the company go up on speculation. Remeber the real news is what will have a huge upside on the pps.

I don't think Ken will release fluff PR's....Once there is solid news he will release it and the pps will once again fly high.

It's disappointing.

As I've said before this is a man who has said he has the best interest of the shareholders in mind. Always...

Well I'm trying not to doubt that. But you should release PRs on momentum highs, not lows. We're tanking so much another PR could just bring us back to where we were, eg. .25.

All I know is he BETTER be sitting on something that can't be shared. It won't look good if its something that should have been shared that just wasn't.

the company has great potential but potential won't keep the stock going with such a high SS.....could go back to 8 cents without a PR imo

I have always agreed with this. There is something WRONG here !!! This started as being quite transparent and then one day it just FROZE UP !!! I think that when the corporate smoke clears with the big shot lawyers you are going to see such a HUGE dilution you will gag. And you may keep that signature but it goes " Get serious .. it's your money ".

Lots going on that we don't know about. That doesn't mean it's bad Penny. You have to consider EVERYTHING that we've discovered lately. I mean, it doesn't get any clearer to me that ALL of this is related.

Consider the following:

Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
January 19, 2010…This is expected to be the last change in capital structure to complete the portfolio of growth and ventures the company will be pursuing, barring any MAJOR joint ventures that may be pursued.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Okay, we know Ken and Tim were both issued a total of approx 186 million shares between the two of them to "maintain control" of the company. WHY would they need to do that unless...MAJOR JOINT VENTURE. And isn't that what the PR said, after all?

Then the uplisting or spin off:
Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
KAT Exploration believes that significant valuation will come from its Handcamp property and are exploring options for the company placing itself or selected properties on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) market. The OTCBB market is a much respected market that will allow for KAT Exploration to be considered a more serious investment and gain broader coverage as the company believes it deserves. Shareholders can expect updates on this forward movement in the near future.

and the BB shell:

SEE THE BVIG FILING HERE:

and the transferred claims:

We see Ken has transferred over some claims already to KATX, which I believe he said he would do when they proved the claims, right?

All of this takes time to put together. And it will be worth it in my opinion.

Read about some of these deals that made these junior exploration companies worth BILLIONS:

http://miningmarkets.ca/issues/story.aspx?aid=1000334564&type=Print%20Archives

And notice some of these deals were land sales (with continuing royalties going to the jr. exp. company as well) and some were huge land sales even without feasability studies. The mining industry is an interesting sector and things are about to heat up here.
