You release a PR when it is time to do so, not by day to day fluctuations in the PPS!

Why do you even bother to trade if you don't realize that stocks MUST GO UP AND DOWN IN PRICE!

You are right in general, but KATX is not a momentum play any more. We may be sitting on the biggest mineral discoveries here, it is a value play now.
