Investorman - I would tell them it's a lottery ticket. I would provide them with some background on CMKX and of course Naked Shorting. I would show them Hodges lawsuit and letters as well as all the claims we still have with the combined 1010 company.
We have to be worth some decent money that's for sure. I think I could easily peek their interest in this whole saga.
