I deal in facts, not unverifiable suppostions based on a particular individuals affiliation with a company.

Did you know that Bernie Madhoff was asked to write trading regulations? Or how about Ken Lay, who was buddies with Bush?
Their reputations did not prevent them from being crooks.

Why would Freestone promote a product 'Encapsol' when name is apparently already trademarked by someone else? That does not seem to be the best business practice or a cost efficent use of advertising - promotional effort
