There is never a good reason not to be honest. Period. And defined "worked" he wiped out the companies owners. Except one.

I couldn't agree more! I think that the company did what they could with what they had in front of them during the litigation. Most companies wouldn't have survived 6 years of that. OMDA survived to win and they are now a MUCH stronger company because of it. I think we're just seeing a small piece of what this company is about to do.
