I think that during the lawsuit he probably needed to have some latitude. It was a totally unique set of circumstances and probably the attorneys were calling a lot of the shots whether directly or indirectly imo. Looking at it now it seems clear to me that Barnett guided us through a tumultuous time and helped us win in the end. I'm grateful for that. If he took some liberties for whatever reason he saw fit, I don't know for sure but whatever he did worked.
